Investment Structure
The cooperative is structured in such a way that 60% of its portfolio is invested in real estate and the remaining 40% is for loans to members and other secured assets with low risk and good returns. This is to ensure returns on investment are high and dividends are paid annually to members.
Savings and Loans
The cooperative is structured to encourage members to voluntarily save to meet their future financial needs. Members can also access loans at low interest rates once they meet the loan requirements.
Membership Registration Process
Become a member in 4 easy steps.
Step 1: Register
Click on the "Join Us" button, and you will be referred to a WhatsApp community. Once you are in the Community, drop a message saying "I want to be a member" and one of our Admin will reach out to you privately.
Step 2: Payment
Pay the membership fee of N5, 000 which is nonrefundable. Then you can choose to save, daily or monthly. Note that regular and consistent savers can access loans up to twice the amount saved for their businesses. Administrative charges apply for both savings, loans and investment.
Step 3: Verification
Once payment is made, you will receive an SMS to confirm your membership payment.
Step 4: Save or invest
As a member you can start saving or investing. Once your savings or investment is recieved, you will get a confirmation SMS .
