Blue Partners multipurpose cooperative is focused on acquisition, development, flipping and sales of both residential and commercial properties. President
Alfred Ade-Ijimakinwa is a renowned business strategist with over a decade and half experience. He is the Founder of BusinessIQ Africa, Africa’s #1 business resource for entrepreneurs in Africa and Africans in diaspora, and has helped over a thousand entrepreneurs launch successful businesses. He is a real estate broker and investor who has broker several real estate deals and manages properties. With over two decades of experience in the consulting industry, he has consulted for several organizations in different sectors locally and internationally.
Vice President
Arc. (Mrs.) Debola Majekodunmi is a Chartered Architect with over thirty years of experience in facility management, architectural and interior designs sectors. She was the former PRO Female Architect of Nigeria (F.A.N) and Social Secretary of Nigeria Institute of Architects (N.I.A). An alumnus of Lagos Business School, Enterprise Development Centre, University College, London, and University of Lagos (Unilag). She is also the founder of Flair Finishes, an architectural / facility management firm in Lagos. She resides both in Nigeria and United Kingdom.
